This name is beautiful. I'm conflicted about this name because I met a girl in college with this name, but she didn't like me. No hard feelings tho. I still like it but not enough to use. I might change my mind or just use it as a middle name. WDYT?

I knew a nice Serena at school; now it's all Large Tennis Player. As such, it's better than Venus, though if I had to be stuck in a lift for hours with one of them, I'd hope it was Venus.

Off topic but I actually match Serena Williams once and she was very kind :) I don't know much about her public persona but when I met her as a teenager she seemed pretty cool.

I like it. It reminds me of the poor but campy English Dub of Sailor Moon from the 90s �

I think only you can determine if it is still usable or not in your mind. Serenity is a similar option if it isn't. There is also Selena which is only a 1 letter difference. There is also Larina which gives me similar vibes.

Back to Sailor Moon: her daughter from the Future was also a Serena but she went by the Nickname Rini in the day-to-day so that is also a possibility.
