I love the name Rose both with French and English pronounciation (I prefer the French one).
I would use it as middle name for a future child.
Here in Italy it is not trendy at all and still has its floral, classic, sweet and elegant vibe. In 2019 were born just 19 Rose in Italy and this is the highest peak since 1999.
However I strongly dislike the -lyn form and if I use this name I would spell it Roseline as in French.
