I personally would use Fay or directly Fairy, why not?
I prefer the word itself than strange variants like Fayra, Feyre or something else.
If you want to name someone "fairy" it is quite silly using a "mask" instead of the name that you actually like.
That's my opinion.

I like Fay but I actually don't like Fairy as a name (it is just too sweetly and whimsical for me). I just thought that Feyre might be pronounced "fairy" at first because I wasn't sure but I started to like it when I knew that was not the case and that it is fay-ra :)
