The Italian city Milano (Milan) is used as feminine in sentences but only because it is a city (cities, town and villages are often used as feminine) but the final -o is masculine. It is not a given name but if it were a name Milano would be masculine with Milana and Milena as feminine.

An improvement on Mediolanum. But it does nothing to convert me to a fondness for urban names on humans.

You could either add -a to get Milana, or drop -n to get Mila. Well, it's up to you, of course, but Milan is undoubtedly masculine to me.
