I don’t think most people will assume or know that Lillian is a form of Elizabeth! You would definitely be safe to use it and it’s a lovely name, so why not. Lillian Amy, Lillian Alice, Lillian Joelle (so nice to see Joelle get a mention!), Eve Lillian and Esme Lillian are all beautiful. I agree that Florence and Lillian would be gorgeous for sisters, though I’d use Lillian first, then Florence. I like Lillian Eve “Lily” and Esme Florence for sisters, oh wow that would be gorgeous!
