Eh, it's okay. Feels antique though, and like double name Rose + Mary, which bores me.
I like the idea of naming someone for rosemary and if I were going to, I'd refer to the origin of its name ("The name "rosemary" derives from Latin ros marinus ("dew of the sea"). - wikipedia) and use Rosmarina.
