Not sure why I would make up the meaning of a name, but okay.
Anyhow, Soline is related to Solana. It does not mean “sunshine” or “sunlight”, but “sol” literally meaning “sun”. Obviously -line is a suffix so it has no meaning relevant to sunlight. Every source I check says it means “sunlight” or some relation to the sun.
