This is all starting to confused me if they are such "die hard fans" of lord of the rings then why do they Pronounce "Quenya" as "Quinn-yay" and futher more why do people keep miss Pronouncing "Quenya" as "Quinn-yah"

Without hearing it pronounced, the spelling reminds me of Kenya, the country.

And Kenya is used as a name in English-speaking countries, so it could be a simple respelling.
