What do you think of the name Michelle? I think it's elegant.

I've had mixed experiences with Michelle people. I would happily use Michele as a mn - I have two good friends, one an English-speaking South African, the other French from France, who have that spelling.

I prefer the lesser known Michella myself though Michelle is still sweet.. if a little ordinary.

My 2.5 year old niece is named Michelle. I really like it, mostly because of her. I know it's dated but I still find it sweet.
