I prefer Maisie more, but Maizie is pretty cool n spunky.

I love the name, but only as Maisie or Maisy.

It’s kind of cute. I prefer Macy, but I think Maizie sounds cute. I think I would prefer Maisie, for spelling, but Maizie makes more sense, honestly. At least, the way I say it.

Terrible. It looks like a misspelling of Maisy or even Maisie.

My first thought when I see Maisie is a series of books here about a little tabby cat in a knitted jumper and kilt called Maisie Mackenzie. Maisie goes to live with her granny in Morningside as her daddy a famous explorer is in the jungle on one of his explorations.

I prefer it with an s: the z makes it too close to an amazing maze.

Good name, cheerful and lively. I wouldn't use it, because I would use Daisy.

It looks and sounds pretty, but I don't know I like it. Maizie - daisy, would be a great cartoon character.

It's okay, but the spelling makes me think of maize, or corn. I prefer Maisie.

Don't like it. Maisie looks very soft and cottagey and doesn't work with "z"ish vibes. It also look like you're named after maize which isn't necessarily bad but it could get old.

I imagine it is tiresome to always introduce yourself as "Maizie with a Z" or "Lucie with an ie" or "Britni with an I". For that reason I would always opt for the most common spelling in your area.
