Isabel, most elegant and refined, love it. It's so symmetrical and pretty.
Isobel ... could be cool? But it's too ... different. Like it seems like the O should make a different sound, and it doesn't (in my accent). So it seems affected, and that affectedness makes it seem clunky where it ought to be self-contained and sort of strong (like Isabel IMO).
Isolde scratches the itch Isobel reaches for.
Isabelle is very pretty too, but it leans into the aspects of the name that I don't like as much. Isabel just owns
