Marjorie is an "oldie but a goodie" - a name formerly perceived as old-fashioned that I can seriously see making a comeback. It's sweet, too. (But only this spelling. I don't like Margery at all.)
Constance is a childhood favorite, largely due to The Three Musketeers. I'd more likely use it as a pseudonym for myself, or a character, than on a descendant.
James... well, it's not just a popular masculine name. It one of the statistically most popular masculine names in all Anglophone culture. It does not belong on baby girls. Just... stop. Please.
