As far as Gaelic names go, that one is *particularly* gruesome to pronounce, but it can be broken down:

No, no, no :-( I thought I'd corrected this straight after posting, but I must have missed: It's REER-dawn. The "ghbh" all together eliminate into nothing-ness, giving REER-dawn. Sorry about that!
I think it's the Gaelic spelling of Riordan, if that helps
