When I was very young, I used to love this name. I thought it was sooooo beautiful. Now I dislike it, it seems insubstantial.
It's great. I like Cassidy Lark.

I quite like Cassidy, and it used to be among my favorite feminine names (before I discovered Cassia actually wasn't pronounced KASH-uh by most people). It's a little dated (90s), but I don't care; and I consider its sound feminine despite its history as a surname - in fact, the only famous male Cassidys (Cassidies?) I can think of were those with it as their surname, not their first name.
Boring basic white girl name. I like Cass and Cassie but prefer Cassandra or something else.
Where I live, it used to be a brand name for women's clothing.
A friend rescued an abandoned, injured and very young puppy whose back legs had been damaged, possibly by a bicycle. She has made a splendid recovery and is delightful and beautiful. She has been named Cassidy, because she used to hop along. That is my other association with the name.
