Verity Alice
I prefer Vera to Verity, but I can see it working as well as most virtue names. It isn't a blatant as Honesty in its tie to truthfulness, but it would still be ironic if she became a liar.
Charity sounds like a charity case or someone in need of patronage. Charity is a good thing, but it makes for a poor name. I imagine a poor Cinderella type girl being named Charity and constantly reminded that she should be grateful for her obnoxious family's "kindness."

Definitely Verity Alice! I like it a lot. Charity doesn't work for me, though Caritas could; mn only.
A good long time ago, I worked backstage in a library, just dealing with the book stock, not the public, and in one book there was a female character - someone's child, I think - named Verily. I don't startle easily, but that startled me.

Charity
I don't like it but it's better than Verity.
