It's been a couple of months since I last posted. DH and I have since found out that I am carrying two little boys - probably identical. I'm 26 weeks pregnant, but measuring at 35 weeks. Hopefully the little guys will stay put until around 36 weeks. We've also agreed upon names, both of which violate DH's original rule that we not use any names ending in N. LOL So the names are (drum roll please)....

Gavin John
Colin William

John & William are family names. The twins will be joining big brother Corbin Michael.

I love Gavin and Corbin.
not so big on William and John, they sound a bit plain to me.
same with Michael.

Very nice names! I especially like Gavin and William.

I agree that Corbin & Colin sound a tad bit too similar, however, Corbin & Gavin sound fantastic together : )

All are very nice names, and congrats on twins! :) I have a pet peeve about siblings' names ending (-in) or starting (C) with the same sound, but that's just my weird brain. :b Congrats again & good luck!

Those all go wonderfully together. My only thing is that when you put Corbin, Gavin and Colin all together like that Corbin and Colin look a little odd. But all of the middle names are pefect! They could be a perfect little sibset all of their own.

Gavin John & Colin William Are great names for twins.. I actually love the middle names, they compliment Michael well.

Though, Corbin and Colin seem a bit close, they are both wonderful names.

And lastly, congrats!

I know what you mean - I thought about that too. Colin was DH's pick and since he really wasn't in love with Gavin, I had to compromise a bit. :)

Gavin is cute but nms, and John seems a little too plain. I looove Colin William though! They go well with each other. The sibset Corbin, Gavin, and Colin is adorable.

I agree that John is plain, but I can't change my father, father in law, grandfather and brother's names. ;) These are the first grandchildren for my in laws (DH is Corbin's step dad) so I think FIL is pretty happy that we've chosen to use his name as one of the middle names.
