[Opinions] Elizabeth, Catherine, Anne, or Jane? (m)
You can only choose one for a daughter. Which do you choose, and what would you use as a middle name?

Elizabeth
I was tempted to choose Jane; but then I imagined a scenario in which I wouldn't be able to use Elise, and I just had to go with Elizabeth in that case. A huge reason that Elizabeth doesn't feel boring to me, despite its enduring popularity, is the myriad nicknames available. You could have a group of Elizabeths all going by a different everyday nickname: Liz, Beth, Betsy, Ellie, Lizzie, etc. (Elle / Ellie would be my go-to.)
My stock combo is Elizabeth Iris.

Anne Marie
As a double name. I quite like this simple combination for some reason.

As both names are honoring, I'd use Jane Elizabeth
Anne Wilhelmina is beautiful!
Catherine Amy
I absolutely love Elizabeth and Catherine. I really like Jane a lot. I like Anne, but I far prefer Anna.
So, for me, it would come down to Elizabeth and Catherine. I think Elizabeth is more beautiful, but I think Kate is just as beautiful as Elizabeth, so if I could use Kate as a nickname, the two are neck and neck. Since my sister's name is Elizabeth, I'll go with Catherine (or preferably Katherine) so my other sister wouldn't feel left out.
Katherine Julia Elizabeth, maybe, to honor both my sisters?
Katherine Ada is my stock combo. Kate as a nickname.

Elizabeth "Lizzie" Anne
Jane
I'd probably opt for something like Jane Sophonisba, Jane Polymnia, Jane Ermengarde, Jane Scholastica, Jane Melpomene, or Jane Crescentia.

I have a Scholastica in my family tree. She was French Canadian.
And I have a Melpomene in mine. Greek. She’s my grandmother.
Giving my middle name picks for all, because it's my thread...
Elizabeth Astrid
Catherine Gladys
Anne Lorraine
Jane Rosalind
I would call them Elisa, Cat, Annie, and Jane. I like Jane by itself, it doesn't get a nickname.
My favorite is Elizabeth, because it's strong and versatile, but I would spell it Elisabeth.
