I knew a Kaylee. She was an infidel who dropped out of Bob Jones University because, well, she wasn't Bob Jones material, although her mother wanted her to be.
Welp, my sister named one of her daughters a Kayley close relative, Kaylin. Because her second husband likes it, and when she and her second husband were naming their children, she was all like, "Whatever you want, dear." Now she has name regret and wishes she had named her Carys.
I don't mind the recent coinage (I mean, hey, I'm cool with Nevaeh), but I think Kayley sounds insubstantial and flimsy, so not a fan.
