It reminds me of Twyla Tharp as well as Twila Paris, a contemporary Christian vocalist and songwriter. I heard her music a lot in my younger years.
I think it's a beautiful name with a southern feeling, but a little too whimsical for me.
It would fit with someone who used names like Willow, Luna, Sonnet, Lyric or Lyra.
