Anselm is a bit different and a name I haven't given much thought to before. It does sound handsome, but something about the pronunciation I'm not a huge fan of. It's a lot of sounds that kind of blur together? I can't explain it. I probably wouldn't use it personally.
Eugene is old-fashioned, but I do think it's charming. I'd be more inclined to actually use Eugene than Anselm personally. I wouldn't think much about a sibset Ezra and Eugene. The initial sounds are different enough that it probably wouldn't strike me as too matchy.
