I would be very surprised to see it on a young person today. I knew an Aneeta in high school, but she was from India and I guess it's a different name/origin.
It is a pretty name though. One drawback is it sounds like "I need a" and with the wrong last name can end up a dumb joke. Anita Mann, Anita Carr, that kind of thing.Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, when you criticize him, you're a mile away and you have his shoes!
