I think Valentina and Virginia sound great together. For twins, I'd go with Vera & Vivienne, Vera & Vincent, and Vincent & Valentin.

I don't like any of them, I'm afraid.2. What V names would you choose for twin girls, twin boys and boy/girl twins?
Girls: Vivien and Vickie
B/g: Vincent and Vickie
B/b: Victor and VincentA good friend of mine is Vickie, so I'd use that rather than Victoria. But if I didn't know her, I'd use Victoria for sure.

Valentina does sound very Spanish/Latin to me as well, but I love that its usage is so wide-ranging. According to BtN, Italian, Russian, German, Croatian, Bulgarian, Macedonian, Slovene, Romanian, Spanish, Greek, Latvian and Ancient Roman.

I wouldn't use the same initials for twins or siblings

Neither would I. But I'm sure the questions in post are just hypothetical. (:

Not quite hypothetical. :) I'm expecting twins. A name nerds dream come true! I'm having fun entertaining the possibilities. I wouldn't rule the same first letter, but don't need to adhere to it.

Vinten is interesting. I've never heard of it. Where did you find it? It reminds me of the word vintner, a valiant profession.
