I personally prefer the -lyn sound. I'm actually keeping an adorable baby girl named Madeline, pronounced Mad-a-lyn, and it works very well. Plus, since you say your other little girl is Caroline, I'm not sure I would care for the rhyming element, but at the end of the day it's your child, and you ought to use the pronunciation you like best.
