I would pronounce both TAHL-ya. I wouldn't naturally say TAHL-ee-uh, unless Talia or Thalia told me it's pronounced that way. I prefer the Thalia spelling.

Thanks. I don't really get the "ya" ending though, which I've seen in some comments. Maybe it's a Southern thing. I mean I would pronounce Sonia as SOHN-ya, but I've never heard anyone in my area say TAHL-ya. I guess I don't mind it though.
