Ralph can maybe work if you get people to stick to the "Rafe" pronunciation (like actor Ralph Fiennes). Even then, Ralph Philip looks like the same letters repeating in a loop.
Ralph with the L pronounced... well, it sounds exactly like what it's describing (https://www.dictionary.com/browse/ralph?s=t).
