Eve is stunningly simple and pure. It's becoming one of my favorite female names. While I used to prefer Eva, I'm pretty much over it due to the popularity of Ava (which is still very pretty). Eve seems to have more going for it, imo.
Lilith isn't a pretty name and it doesn't roll off the tongue easily at all (at least it doesn't for me).
