Jessamine is Jasmine's refreshing and slightly more spunky cousin. I think it's beautiful. Jessamy is ok. It looks like a "smush" of '80s-type names Jess and Amy though...and it has a childish vibe (I find Amy to be a very childish/babyish name). So putting Jessamy in the middle name spot as you have is a great use of it!
