Year0:Meet the Cooper-Johns' Family, compromised of Makala Cooper, a 24-year-old retail supervisor with straight, dark blonde hair and light brown eyes, and Brissa Johns, a 26-year-old concierge with straight, light brown hair and dark brown eyes. They have been together for 4 years, engaged for 1 and live in Bullhead City, Arizona.
Year1: Brissa gets laid off from the hotel where the works and the women take the opportunity to relocate to Diamond Bar, California.
Year2: Maki falls at work and sprains her wrist.
Year3: Brissa takes a new job at a hotel as a concierge manager while Maki argues with her mum.
Year4: Maki and Brissa try to get pregnant with a sperm donor but aren't successful. They move to Davis, California.
Year5: Brissa gets pregnant with a sperm donor but miscarries at 16weeks. They name their angel-baby, Riley.
Year6: Maki and Brissa try IUI again but this time Maki carries their baby with a curly-light-brown-haired, hazel-eyed sperm donor. She carries their baby to full term and gives birth to a girl with straight, dark blonde hair and hazel eyes that they name Delaney Ember Cooper-Johns.
Year7: Brissa is inseminated with the same sperm donated for Laney and successfully gives birth to the couple's second daughter. Rose Georgina Cooper-Johns has straight, red hair and brown eyes. Shortly before their daughter's birth, Maki's grandmother, Rosemary, passed away inspiring Baby Rose's name.
Year8: Maki enjoys a payrise while the family adopt a young dog from a local shelter. Teddy is a playful 2-year-old border collie-cross with heterochromia.
Year9: Brissa and Maki add to their family again as Maki gives birth to a healthy baby boy with curly, red hair and light brown eyes. They name their first son Jack Phoenix Cooper-Johns.
Year10: Brissa's youngest cousin, 17-year-old Kieran, comes out as non-binary and Brissa and Maki are their biggest supporters during their transition to life as Kris. Meanwhile Maki quits her job to focus on being a full-time-parent.
Year11: Maki turns her hand to photography and begins a small business from their home specialising in celebratory photography for those transitioning. Also this year, Brissa goes through the IUI process again with the same sperm donor they have used for all their children. But the family get more than they bargained for when Brissa's fertilized egg splits and she gives birth to 2 healthy, baby boys. The identical twins both have straight, light brown hair and brown eyes and are named Finn Weston Cooper-Johns and Beckett Vance Cooper-Johns.
