I love it, but I like too many "-an" names for boys.

Very handsome! But it will be mistaken for Lucas more often than not. That said I would love to see it grow in popularity.

I prefer the sound of Lucan over Lucas. Most people would probably think it was a made-up variant of Luke or Lucas, though.
