Florentine makes me think of flourishes or fancy (Florentine) paper, like
I had a great great aunt named Florence. Plus it makes me think of Florence Welch and Florence Nightingale and flowing rivers...also menstration, "Aunt Flo".
I like Florence; she sounds cool. Florentine sounds like a descriptor for an art style or for a person from the Italian city.
