I vastly prefer Lu-See-An, but I think most people would say Lu-Shan. I have met a Lu-see-an though.
I like Lucian and Lucien. I think Lucien is a little more feminine-looking and more suited to Lu-shan (Lu-see-an seems more likely to be Lucian for some reason). I don't think Lucien needs to be with a French surname, but if I had to pick one I'd use Lucian prn. Lu-see-an.
