I like Antonio and would choose that regardless of the relatives. Aurelio is fine as well, but Antonio sounds a lot better to me. It is a lot less common then names like Anthony in the US, which sounds sort of dull at this point and reminds me of a guy in his 40s with no job. Because you aren't from the US, this really doesn't matter.
