You could spell it like the actress Neve Campbell spells her name. I like the name.

I think it would be a bit strange if she had no Irish ancestry, and most people would probably mispronounce it as NYAMH or something.

I know one and while her parents are of Irish descent and she has an Irish surname, she is herself adopted and is from China. Anyway, I find that mildly cringy--you couldn't have picked something like Molly that's still Irish-y but not so incredibly unusual on an Asian girl? Personally I don't think anyone who isn't Irish-American, and maybe nobody who isn't fresh-off-the-boat, should use original spelling Irish names in the US. Unless it's Sean.

I think Neve would work better, even though it would constantly be pronounced as Nev, but Niamh is nice. It isn't too long and only one syllable so the right person could make it work. Because of how popular even is, you could say eve with a n or something.
