I'm going to suggest Lady.
It is an English title but it seems the majority of its usage in Latin America.
Even though it has been used since at least the late 19th to early 20th centuries in that part of the world, much of its usage occurs from 1981 onwards.

Regarding how the name performed in that country, it jumped in popularity when Diana married Prince Charles in 1981 and again in 1997 and 1998 after her death. Looking through some FamilySearch records from Peru, some of the women with this name after 1981 were given the full name 'Lady Diana' or some variant in her honour.
