[Opinions] Kellen & Ravenna
Just two names that have been on my mind lately - Kellen is the name of the protagonist of the fantasy book series I’ve been reading, and the city of Ravenna was mentioned in a video I was watching about the Byzantine Empire, although I don’t know if in Italy it would be considered weird. I’m not really a fan of Kellen. It just doesn’t interest me. I like Ravenna, but it’s a GP. It’s a neighborhood in Seattle, so that’s what I think of before I think of Italy.

Kellen is okay IRL, I've met a few Kellens and Kellans (mostly boys but also at least one girl) but I think it's terrible for a fantasy character. I love Ravenna. Idk about city names in Italian but in English I think it's a good name for a person.

Kellen sounds like "I want to honour a Kelly but it's too boring so I'm going with Kellen". Needless to say, not my cup of tea.
Ravenna, on the other hand, is intriguing and lovely. I love both the "raven" part and the fact it's the name of a city. It sounds like the name of a mysterious widow who is rumoured to have murdered her husband, in the best way possible.

Kellen is interesting. I've also seen it spelled Kellan in print, but I've never met one in real life. I suppose it fits in with Collin & Cullen, but the Kell- part does remind me of Kelly, which I usually think of as feminine.Ravenna is on my PNL, and has been in my Top 10 before. I love it.

Kellan sounds very unisex. I don't tend to like unisex names in general, but I think I do like this one. It sounds really nice.I also think of the city of Ravenna when I hear it (I play Civ V a lot lol). It's a cool historical name that's still easy to spell and very underused. I think it's lovely.

I have a nephew named Kellan. It's nms but it's not a terrible name. Ravenna is pretty cool. It makes me think of ravish and ravine, though.

I like them both. I haven't met one, but I've known a Kelin and a Kelan. Ravenna is also a neighborhood in Seattle.

Hi saphirdufeu !!!Ravenna is not used at all as given name in Italy. I personally prefer Rowena (f) or Raven (unisex).Kellen seems unusual. I prefer Kellan but also this one is not my style. Kelly (unisex) or Killian (m) are far better.
