Madeline (pronounced -lynn). Margaret never sounded very nice to me even though I do like that it is a classic. Madeline seems more modern and a bit 90s dated but they are both classics. I just dislike Maddie.
Madeline Anna and Madeline Emma are both nice. Same with Margaret Emma and Margaret Anna. They are your favorites so I think they work well.

I do like the idea of having multiple M's in a combo. I like the combs Madeline Emma and Anna Madeline. I am not found of the nn Maddie, either.
