Cecelia looks totally wrong to me. Cecilia is lovely, as is Celia, but NOT Cecelia. Anyway, I like both, but slightly prefer Celia.

I'd say Cecelia, though I prefer Cecilia (which I love, as well as Cecily). Celia reminds me of Celiac and cilia.

Celia, but you could always use Cecelia with NN Celia if you think it's incomplete. I love Celia on its own, though.

Cecilia, Cecelia looks misspelledCecilia and Celia are not related names, and Celia is not a short form of Cecilia. But both names are wonderful. Cecilia is a classic name, not uncomon in Sweden. I love it and I love the Scandinavian form Sissela even more. But Celia is getting used here too, and I like the shakespearian association."But it’s all right now.

Cecelia.Celia's cute, but I think I'd prefer a longer first name, with Celia as a nickname. And I definitely prefer the spelling of Cecelia, because Cecilia has the word 'cilia' in it (which are little things attached to eukaryote cells that help them move about or sense things; almost like little legs). I know most people would probably never think of the whole 'cilia' thing, but it really bothers me, and I can't help but not see it in the name. Also, I think if you want to use the nickname Celia with the name Cecelia/Cecilia, Cecelia makes a bit more sense (though I think it's possible to pull off the nickname regardless of the spelling). (Out of all 'Cecilia' variants, though, I think my favorite's actually Cecily.)

Celia is a rare and lovely name, while Cecelia, at least to me, is a misspelled Cecilia. I would like Cecilia, but this way, I will choose Celia.
Budgerigars, ceiling fans, the Times of India are all part of the luggage I brought into the world... Blue Jesus leaked into me; and Mary's desperation, and Joseph's revolutionary wildness, and the flightiness of Alice Pereira... all these made me, too.

Both are nms. I prefer Cecily but if I had to pick between Celia and Cecelia, I would choose Cecelia. Celia reminds me of cilia.
