I'd use Tzipporah and Sapphira because in any other case they would be too similar.
They are both beautiful names but pay attention to their sound.
If you choose Tzipporah and Sapphira you have:
Tz (ts) vs S
P vs F
So they are different enough to go well while if you choose Zephora with /z/ and /ph/ is way too close-sounding.
