Louisa is engaged to the French heir to the throne Prince Alexandre. Another plot has been discovered against the king, there were two men jailed and one executed after an unsuccessful attempt to sneek into King's private chambers and kill him in his sleep.
In much happier news after being engaged nearly their whole lives, the heir to the throne Prince James married his fiancée Prince Caitríona of Ireland in a lavish ceremony at the family castle church. The new Hereditary Princess will be known as Katherine following her wedding.

Only a year after their wedding James and Katherine welcomed identical twin boys. Following the birth of his nephews George finally found the courage and talked to William and Anne about his wish to join the church. William was opposed to the idea at first as he wished for him to marry the only daughter and child of the current King of Wales and end the tension between the two countries, but Anne was able to talk her husband into favouring the happiness of his own son before the interest of the country in this case and he finally agreed. George has moved out of the family palace and joined the church.

James and Katherine welcomed their third child and first daughter, Princess Victoria. The infant sadly lived only for few hours, leaving the family in sadness.

The joyful Princess was looking for this trip for years and after weeks of travel finally reached Paris where she met her fiancée and became his wife later that day. So far she is enjoying her life on the French court which seems to be a little less strict than the English one and the company of her husband is not bad either.

James and Katherine have been trying for another baby following the premature loss of their daughter, but sadly still with no luck. Katherine is worried that she may be unable to give James any more children and he may divorce her due to this.

In France, Louise and Alexandre lost their first child to miscarriage.

William has taken liking in the new nanny of his two grandsons. The affair resulted in a pregnancy and the young girl was send back to her family in the country where she gave birth to his daughter who was named Minna and received the title Countess of York.

Both England and France remain without any (further) heir. James and Katherine would love to have more children, but are happy with the two they have, plus being the mother of heir and spare James assures his wife that even if they have no more he has no desire to divorce her and marry some other woman.

Following the birth of his nephews George finally found the courage and talked to William and Anne about his wish to join the church.
