I don't like it as a full name, but I do love it as a nickname for

I think Lily and Ellie (or someone who would be called Ellie) are too close for sisters (except *maybe* if you wanted to give twins matchy names, but then it'd be done on purpose, and even then, I'd prefer Lillian and Eleanor / Eloise or Liliana and Eleonora)
