I pronounce Isabel, Isabelle and Isobel all the same.
Isabelle would be my choice because I would be more likely to use Belle as a nickname than Izzy and this spelling lends itself to that more obviously - though as mentioned above there is absolutely no variation in pronunciation.
I see Isabel as more refined and Isabelle as frillier.
