Pina - I see it as a NN only.
Paola - sounds dated.
Margherita - I just have to think of pizza.

Chiara - cute, but overused where I live.

Mirella - cute.
Silvia - dated.
Claudia - nah. way too common here.

Micaela 'Miki' - nah.
Frida - I absolutely love it.
Julia - boring. I really prefer Giulia, because I can not stand the german pronunciation of Julia.

Cleopatra - I like the sound, but I think it is not really usable IRL.
Jacqueline - please not.
Zoe - cute and nice meaning.
