I really like Harriet and have ever since I was introduced to Harriet M. Welsch. :) (That would be back when I was 8 or so, I think, and it's still one of my favourites.) The name is sharp, just like her, and it transfers from Gibson Girl do's to dirty jeans remarkably well.
I think Hallie would be an interesting nickname, but I prefer Harriet without a nickname--since that's how Harriet the Spy was. Retta, Etta, and Hattie are all right, too.
Array (the spy? Nah--she'd be more of a Winston type, with too many cats and empty birdcages.)
You might even provide a Heaven for them. We need You for that. Hell we can make for ourselves.
