I have actually always kind of liked Harriet...not a favourite but I would love to meet a little Harriet! To me it is unusual and different, strong yet cute. I also think Hallie is a gorgeous nickname! Another nn I think is kind of cute is Hattie.
I think it would fit in perfectly with your other 'one day children's names which all seem to be what I would call quirky classics :)
