Not at all an expert, but I checked these in submissions (mainly curious about the meanings you referred to but didn't list) and can at least confirm at in the case of Gökçe, 'gök' does mean either 'sky' or 'blue' (https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/g%C3%B6k), so the meaning is at least half right (I also updated that submission for clearer formatting).
Hazal (not Hazar?) has 3 stars and should be accurate. The meaning came from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hazal_(name), which then cites this page that does not load for me:
