I don't like Mia as a full name, but it's an alright nickname. Miabella sounds good but it looks like a typo of Mirabella. It also seems like two suffixes stuck together instead of a prefix and a suffix.

Mirabella is worlds better...the lack of literal meaning + the r do wonders.
