I like it. I do prefer it with a nickname -- Maggie is my favorite -- or as a middle name, because Margaret on its own can seem a little harsh.
I like Margaret paired with equally underused classics, so I'll say Margaret, Peter, and Louise. Certainly doesn't sound like a modern sibset to me, but I love it.
I've always loved Sarah Margaret as far as combos go. I don't even particularly like Sarah but these two names just work together beautifully.

I like it with very soft middles ending in 'a.'
It's hard to keep it from sounding harsh, imo. Something like Margaret Eleanor or even Margaret Laura sounds so stern to my ears.
