Year 1: Della comes down with a severe case of cholera, but despite the doctor being convinced she’d die from it, she makes a full recovery! To celebrate, Connor takes her to her favorite pub.

Year 2: Della gives birth to identical twin girls! She and Connor have always wanted a family to call their own, but never in a million years did they imagine starting off with twins! Caoimhe and Cate each have Connor’s strawberry blond hair, as well as dark brown eyes. Cate has a birthmark on her hip, so it isn’t completely impossible to tell them apart.

Year 5: Another boy is born! Connor and Della welcome their fourth child and second son, Fionn. Unlike Caoimhe, Cate, and Owen, who favor Connor, Fionn is a total momma’s boy.
