Not going to lie, I don't understand this opinion in the slightest. Nothing about Cecil says 'dog name' to me. I've never met or heard of a dog named Cecil, and I'd be pretty surprised to do so. It feels, in fact, distinctly un-doggy to me.
Anyway, I like Cecil quite a bit.
