Valencia for sure. Rather Valentina, but I like Val, and Varinia sounds like a bacterium name to me. I wonder if Varia (VAHR- like Varius) was ever a name. It would be interesting.
I'd be torn if it were Valencia vs. Vasilisa, but Vasilica reminds me of basilica too much. Probably I'd still go with Valencia, because the vas- part has negative sound associations for me (vas deferens, vacillating, facility).
OH that's another word Felicity reminds me of. Facility. Gah, it's unlovely.
